The event will take place at the Cardo Hotel in Brussels on Wednesday, 25 September, and we would be delighted if you could join us for this exclusive afternoon of learning, sharing and networking with peers in this dynamic sector.
To start proceedings, Antonio Vila, Coro (Sr. Dir. Client Partner) from IQVIA Biotech will discuss macro trends in the life sciences sector. He will also share IQVIA’s perspective on accelerating innovation with the use of AI, paving the way for a deep dive into the AI lifecycle land navigating regulatory challenges led by a team of Baker McKenzie experts.
Kicking off the second half of the afternoon will be a fireside chat with Ilaria Del Seppia (Policy Officer) from DG Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA) at the European Commission. Ilaria will give an update on HERA’s activities and priorities with a focus on joint procurement, lessons learned and future outlook. She will also reflect on HERA’s recently published report on supply chain vulnerabilities, next steps and initiatives to support resilience of supply chains for critical medicines.
A panel discussion will follow, focusing on dealmaking in the current market environment.
A networking reception with light refreshments will close the event.
